When will be my clothes delivered?

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email straight away. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, your invoice will be sent to your email by the next working day. If the required clothes are in stock, we will ship it and you shall receive it within 3 working days. Otherwise, it might take up to 15 working days for us to manufacture it and send it to you.

How can I pay?

At the moment we offer online payment by card, cash on delivery, advance payment by transfer to our ČSOB account (based on the invoice you receive by email) and cash or card payment in our shops in Prague and Brno. You can newly pay for your goods using bitcoin or other crypt currencies via Coingate.

How do we ship the goods to you? When will I know the shipping date?

Your parcel is shipped by post via DPD service. It is usually delivered the following day. If the shipping is to a private address, a DPD courrier will get in touch with you on the delivery day and arrange the exact time.  

Can I get my goods in person?

You can pick up your clothes in person in our headquarters in Brno (Vážného 3 street) or in our Prague branch (Žitná 3 street).

Postage and packing

Delivery is 9 EUR including VAT to Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Poland. Packing is free of charge.
To other countries of EU the shipping is 19 EUR including VAT: 

Free delivery on orders above 180 EUR.

Packing is FREE OF CHARGE on all orders.

How much are extras?

  • Simple lengthening/shortening (without zips) - 250 Kč including VAT (approx. 10EUR)
  • Complex lengthening/shortening (including zips) - 400 Kč including VAT (approx. 18EUR)
  • Complicated adjustments (suits etc.) - 600 Kč including VAT (approx 25EUR)
  • Name/logo on triathlon clothes - 280 Kč including VAT (approx. 12 EUR)

How can I return my clothes?

If you are a private person (without a company registration number), you have right to withdraw from the contract (according to the law no. 367/2000 ) within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you decide to do so, please fill in the RETURN SLIP delivered together with the clothes. This law regulations however do not mean that you can borrow the goods for free. Clothes, that will be sent back to our address (ATEX – spol. s r.o. - Vážného 3, Brno, 621 00), must be in original conditions. It cannot be damaged in any way or be visibly used. Please attach your payment confirmation as well. When packing, please use wrapping paper or cardboard in order to avoid any plastering, writing all over or any other loss of value of the goods or original packaging. Do not send cash on delivery and we recommend you to insure the parcel. Your account will be credited within 15 calendar days after receiving your parcel.  

Who pays the shipment cost when withdrawing from a contract without stating a reason?

If a customer decides to withdraw from a contract without stating a reason and sends the clothes back to the seller, the shipment cost is paid by the customer.

How to get a refund?

We offer above-standard 3-year warranty. This includes material or production defect and does not cover wear and tear when using. Complaints should be sent exclusively to our headquarters and do not forget to add your return address and phone number. Please do not send it cash on delivery. Your refund will be processed as a bank transfer to your account. This may take up to 30 days by law, however we try to deal with it within 5 working days. 

We will only accept clean clothes. Dirty or sweat-drenched clothes will be automatically returned to the sender without any action.
