When will my clothes be delivered?

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email straight away. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, your invoice will be sent to your email by the next working day. If the required clothes are in stock, we will ship them and you should receive them within 2 - 5  working days. 

How can I pay?

At the moment, we offer online payment by card, cash on delivery, advance payment by transfer to our ČSOB account (based on the invoice you receive by email), and cash or card payment in our shops in  Brno and Jeseník. Additionally, you can pay for your goods using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies via Coinmate.

How do we ship the goods to you? When will I know the shipping date?

Your parcel is shipped by post via DPD service. It is usually delivered within the following 2 - 5 working days. If the shipping is to a private address, a DPD courier will get in touch with you on the delivery day and arrange the exact time. You will receive an email notification with the shipping date and tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can I get my goods in person?

You can pick up your clothes in person at our headquarters in Brno (at Vážného 3 street) or at our Jeseník branch (at Rejvízská 84 street).

Postage and packing

For delivery to Slovakia, Austria, Germany, and Poland, the cost is 9 EUR including VAT. Packing is free of charge.

For delivery to other EU countries, the cost is 19 EUR including VAT.

Free delivery is available for orders above 180 EUR.

Packing is FREE OF CHARGE for all orders.

How can I return my clothes?

If you are a private person (without a company registration number), you have the right to withdraw from the contract (according to Czech law no. 367/2000) within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you decide to do so, please fill in the RETURN SLIP included with your clothes. However, this law does not mean that you can borrow the goods for free. Clothes that are sent back to our address (ATEX – spol. s r.o. - Vážného 3, Brno, 621 00) must be in their original condition, without any damage or visible signs of use. Please attach your payment confirmation as well. When packing, please use wrapping paper or cardboard to avoid any damage to the goods or original packaging. Do not send cash on delivery, and we recommend that you insure the parcel. Your account will be credited within 15 calendar days after we receive your parcel.

Who pays the shipping cost when withdrawing from a contract without stating a reason?

If a customer decides to withdraw from a contract without stating a reason and sends the clothes back to the seller, the shipment cost is paid by the customer.

How to get a refund?

We offer an above-standard 3-year warranty, which covers material or production defects and does not cover wear and tear resulting from use. If you wish to make a complaint, please send it exclusively to our headquarters, and don't forget to include your return address and phone number. Please do not send the item cash on delivery. Your refund will be processed as a bank transfer to your account. By law, this may take up to 30 days, but we try to process it within 5 working days.

Please note that we will only accept clean clothes for a refund. Dirty or sweat-drenched clothes will be automatically returned to the sender without any action.
