How does it work?

• Discounts of up to 20% - the discount is based on the total of your purchases
• Discount is added automatically - no points or codes
• After 2 years, older orders are automatically deleted from the total

• We only count purchases from the start of the program onwards

• Shop as you are used to

• The discount will be automatically deducted from your basket when you reach the threshold

Discounts do not apply to discounted products and club e-shops. Valid for registered customers only.

Frequently asked questions about the ATEX loyalty program

Do my older orders count towards the loyalty program?

No. Only purchases made from the date of the program launch count towards the program. Older orders are not counted.

When will I get my discount?

The discount will automatically appear in your cart when your total purchases reach a certain discount level. There is no need to enter or activate anything.

Do I have to log in or register separately?

No, you just need to have a regular customer account with us. If you're registered and you shop logged in, your discount is calculated automatically.

Where can I find out how much I have currently collected?

In your account overview, you can find your current spending balance as well as what discount you are currently counting.

What if I get a refund or cancel?

If you return an item or cancel an order, the amount will be deducted from your total.

The discount does not work for me. What should I do?

Check that you are logged in and that you are purchasing non-discounted items.
