ATEX WINTERMAN Collection
The WINTERMAN collection was created for athletes looking for maximum functionality, light weight and reliability for long performance. We have worked with Czech triathletes and cyclists to develop the fit and materials in real-life training and race conditions. The result is a collection that focuses on aerodynamics, comfort in motion and efficient sweat and thermoregulation.
The Winterman Xtreme Triathlon is one of the toughest athletic challenges one can complete. The race leads through the beautiful landscape of Czechoslovakian Switzerland and the Lusatian Mountains, up to the top of Mount Jested - a total of 226 km with an elevation gain of 4,500 vertical metres. The philosophy of the Winterman Xtreme Triathlon is to actively involve families, partners and close friends in every second of the race and show them what triathlon means.
Due to the immense physical demands, the length of the race and the diversity of the environments in which it takes place, the sport places extreme demands on the quality of the clothing used by the competitor. And not only during the race itself, but also in training. What the average athlete perceives as standard is completely inadequate for extreme long distance triathlon, whether it is the length and intensity of the training or the quality and design of the clothing in which the triathlete trains and races.
