Review: women's triathlon suit MARK ELITE
Read the review of our tester Hana Pekárková, who tried the MARK ELITE women's short-sleeved triathlon suit in the new red version.
Women's triathlon suit from the Czech brand ATEX pleasantly surprised me with its quality and functionality. At first touch it feels light, technically sophisticated, yet durable enough, which I tested not only during triathlon, but also during intense bike training.
Comfortable yet highly functional
The combination of Fitex, Velaro and Tritech materials proved to be a great choice - the suit is stretchy, wicks sweat well and dries quickly, so I felt comfortable in it all the time. I like the close fit, which follows the figure beautifully without restricting movement. I also appreciate the handy zipper in the front - not only does it make dressing easier, but it also allows for quick ventilation when running.
A nice detail is the back pocket, which doesn't get in the way when swimming, but is great for a gel or biscuit during the cycling or running part. And what's really important for me - the legs stay perfectly in place thanks to the non-slip band, so I can fully concentrate on my performance during the race.
If I could choose, I would definitely choose a softer insert and print for the chest area. The solid red shows more than desired and also makes the fabric show through slightly. I think a properly chosen print would solve the problem.
Care must be taken when putting the wetsuit on as the side fabric on the thigh does not mate with the velcro! At first I was a little surprised that this fabric would change colour from black to grey when put on, but in the end I found that this particular part is absolutely perfect. It is firm, yet very stretchy and adjusts to the size of your thigh.
Overall I am very happy with the jumpsuit and can recommend it to all women who are looking for a quality, functional and comfortable piece that will allow them to perform at their best.

Hana Pekárková
Movement is an integral part of my life and I love all sports, but in recent years I have been doing triathlon the most. My friends often say I'm unstoppable - and there must be something to that. Although I prefer to move for fun, I also like to push my performance limits.
My greatest triathlon achievements include first place in the Hrádek nad Nisou off-road triathlon and the Wooden Man road triathlon, which I completed in under 4 hours.
