Procházka vs. Hill at UFC 311
Jiří BJP Procházka defeated Jamahal Hill, known as "Sweet Dreams", by technical KO in the final third round at the UFC 311 gala in Los Angeles with one minute and 59 minutes left on the clock. His performance earned him the "Performance of the night" award. Congratulations!

Match Procházka vs. Hill
Both Jiří Procházka and Jamahal Hill suffered heavy defeats in their last fights against the current welterweight champion Alex Pereira. Both gave up the championship belt due to injury and both wanted the opportunity to fight for the title again.
UFC blance (pre-fight Jan. 19, 2025):
- Jiří BJP Procházka: 6 fights, 4-2 (wins 2× KO, 1× TKO, 1× Submission)
- Jamahal Hill: 8 fights, 6-2 (wins 2× KO, 2× TKO, 2× points)
After knocking out Voltan Oezdemir and wins over Dominick Rayes and Glover Teixeira, Jiří suffered his first defeat to Alex Pereira on 11. 11. 2023. At UFC 300, Jiří defeated Aleksandar Rakic, but the rematch with Pereira ended in another painful loss.
Jamahall Hill replaced the injured Jiří in the title fight rematch with Glover Teixeira and became the welterweight champion. However, he then seriously injured himself and had to vacate the championship belt. He then lost to Alex Pereira at UFC 300.
Jiří reiterated in the post-fight interview that he would have liked a 3rd fight with Alex Pereira, but he is facing a title defence against Magomed Ankalaev in March.
